This luxurious, fully self-contained, 3-bedroom villa has 2 stories and a private plunge pool in the courtyard. The entry level includes a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, a lounge, dining area and a separate living and media room. The 2nd floor has all bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master en suite has a spa bath. There are balconies on 2 levels and a rooftop terrace. Each villa has a lock-up double garage, 3 cable TVs and laundry facilities. The villas are serviced weekly. A limited number of villas have an internal elevator. If you require a elevator in your villa, please use the special request box when booking or contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that price is based on 6 guests. Maximum occupancy is 7 (see Hotel Policies). Please note that breakfast is not included.

This exclusive, 3-bedroom luxury villa is located within a private, gated precinct of RACV Noosa Resort. It is built over 3 or 4 levels and features an expansive open plan living area, ducted air-conditioning, timber floors and a 2nd lounge. There are 5 TVs with cable channels and a rooftop terrace. A private elevator, heated plunge pool and a 2/3 car garage, elevate these villas. It includes a balcony and a rooftop terrace. Please note that these villas are serviced daily. From the moment we walked through the front door at the reception, we were greeted with a warm welcome a beautiful reception area, leading up to the pool through the bar/restaurant. All the information at check-in was thorough. Access to the room was easy, which was absolutely spotless, everything appeared new, well maintained and most of all super clean. The kitchen was well equipped and was refreshing to see that all utensils, crockery, etc was of excellent quality and not old and stained. Bathrooms was spotless, beds were comfy, clean and room servicing was excellent. We really enjoyed the pool, the pool attendant was pleasant and chatty, made us and our little boy feel welcome and we also enjoying walking around the clean and quiet grounds. The chef and staff at Dazza's bar / restaurant were really friendly and the service was good. We felt very welcome and even on checkout we were made to feel special to have stayed at RACV Noosa.

Racv noosa is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are lovely and clean, the service and friendliness of the staff exceeded expectations, and the facilities at the resort are wonderful. Even providing life jackets for little kids to use the water slide is a real bonus when you are a nervous parent waiting at the bottom (and the water is slightly out of your depth). The food there was also really great. The staff were always wonderful with kids. Also we had an issue with our screen door locking itself and the maintenance guys came over and fixed it straight away. They were wonderful honestly. The level of service here is very very good. The shuttle going into town every 30mins was also great. The breakfast buffet in the morning was wonderful, lots of different options to suit everyone, and all the meals had at the restaurant were fantastic.

The perfect destination for a family holiday - friendly, Clean, comfortable and with a wonderful pool that our kids were happy playing in all day! While we’ve heard good things about the restaurant we like to self cater on holiday - there was a well equipped kitchen in our apartment and excellent supermarkets and a Sunday farmers market nearby. There’s a shuttle bus to Hastings Street every half hour which was awesome for avoiding parking hassles when we went to the beach / shops.

Very comfortable and convenient. Staff were excellent and the shuttle useful to avoid weekend traffic into Hastings St & the beach/National Park.. The breakfast team and the breakfast itself was fantastic as was the restaurant food in general. The rooftop spa was lovely & the Kids really enjoyed the games room along with the basketball/tennis court when it wasn't booked.
